About Us

Our Story

We are a from scratch, small batch, minimal waste bakery. (phew! That’s a mouthful)

What does that mean?? We make everything 98% scratch-from the jams, fillings and doughs. (We have a few little cheats so we won’t claim we are 100% ::wink::)

We are a tiny bakery so we make small batches of many items to give our guests the most variety, seasonal flavors and a rotating menu. Of course we will have the staples you love everyday such as our giant Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookie, Gluten Friendly Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake, and Vegan/GF Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf just to name a few.

What is minimal waste? As a classically trained professional Pastry Chef, Sarah has mastered the art of using ingredients and products in as many ways as possible to avoid food waste while having the ability to create fun and inventive flavor combos and interesting treats. This is the main reason we do not have a set menu to post for your viewing. Please follow our socials where we try to do the best we can to update the options daily. You can also give us a call if you don’t want to make the trip and visit us at the bakery. We are happy to answer your questions!

Who are we?

Sarah and Kirk met in the kitchen, fell in love and got hitched. We decided we needed to share our love of food with everyone who is into good food, tasty treats and 70’s, 80’s and 90’s pop culture. They say opposites attract and “they” are right! Sarah is a Pastry Chef that was once a winner on Food Network’s ‘Sweet Genius’. Kirk is a Savory Chef. He loves creating soups, sandwiches and street food. Lunch is his favorite meal of the day so keep your eyes peeled as we slowly introduce more savory items to our daily options in the near future.

We are a Woman Owned/Family Operated Business.

Want to place a special order?

Sarah does custom special orders only. She works with each individual to curate desserts that fit their specific needs from Weddings and Birthdays to any occasion in between. Sarah can make anything from a simple cake, a dessert platter with bars, cookies and macaroons to a heart-shaped cookie cake. Please contact Sarah directly via phone or in-person. No online or emailed orders allowed.

Monday-double stamp day on the cookie club card.
Saturdays-Pecan Sticky Buns
Sundays-Cinnamon Rolls with icing.
*Sticky Buns and Cinnamon rolls may be done later than opening. Proofing times vary.*
Every weekend we offer different savory puffs for breakfast and lunch.
